Forbes Life lists Alderspring ProMagnum Ribeyes as one of ten things that are hot for Spring 2013. It’s not the first time we’ve made Forbes Life. Last time Forbes took notice of us was when they praised our ground beef in The Eye.
We sell our ProMagnum steaks in our Virtual Prime Butcher area of the webstore. Here we post actual pictures of the steaks you are purchasing. These larger premium ribeyes are some of the best we offer at Alderspring (only about 1 out of 200 of our steaks make this cut). These cattle were hand selected from a 24 to 30 month group of steers that we hoped would grade high–and they did. Flavor, tenderness and a marbling are unparalleled in grassfed pasture-finished perfection.
