Ground beef is kind of amazing.
It’s very underrated. When you think of delicious beef meals, you probably think of something along the lines of a nice juicy steak. But most normal people don’t eat the steak every single day.
Most of us eat ground beef or some of the more inexpensive cuts. Which, by the way, can also be underrated. Especially my favorites, the flatiron and shoulder tender. Both are amazingly tender and flavorful and equally underappreciated.
But we’re talking about ground beef here. Just check out this roundup of 10 amazing ground beef recipes if you don’t believe ground beef can be delicious. Ground beef is amazing in all sorts of dishes: spaghetti, soup, hamburgers (oh, hamburgers), pizza, breakfast bakes, and of course taco meat. This taco beef recipe is just perfect in your favorite hard shell or soft shell corn tortillas or in a burrito. It’s also super simple to whip up this taco beef recipe. It’s just meat and a few simple seasonings. No weird stuff. No store-bought sauces. No pre-made taco seasonings mixes. Just good old fashioned ground beef and spices.
